Feel Seen, Safe, and Celebrated in Your Birth Space
What is a doula?
A doula is an essential part of the birth team whose purpose is to support the parents in the way that they need it most. They are a guide to help you feel confident as you make the decisions that feel best for you and your family. You should be encouraged to listen to your intuition, and feel supported in your choices.
With a doula, you’ll
Build trust with your medical providers
Feel respected, safe, and empowered
Replace fear with excitement
Understand why your body was made for this
My Philosophy
Birth is a rite of passage that requires every woman to bravely step into the storm and come out changed on the other side. A beautiful transformation occurs within her body and soul as she receives her new baby. She is a new being.
I desire to honor mothers and their partners as they weather the storm together by offering support tailored to their individual needs. I am a guide to help navigate any obstacles that may come along the way, whether that is emotional, physical, or informational.
Birth is wild and unpredictable, and I will be right by your side through it all. You are capable, worthy, and strong. You have everything you need to birth your baby.
Design your birth story with confidence
Whether your dream is an unmedicated home birth, an epidural in the hospital, or anything in between, you deserve someone in your corner that understands and trusts your body, someone that will help amplify your voice for what you want from pain management and unplanned interventions to your first hours with your baby.
